Leaving the city behind and heading to the Mekong Delta, the coconut land of Ben Tre, the entire Vinatoken company enjoyed a meaningful Teambuilding trip in the early days of September.
Set amidst the lush green landscape of the river region, Lan Vuong Tourist Area in Ben Tre felt like a serene painting with rows of coconut trees reflecting on the peaceful river, creating an ideal space for all staff members to relax, play, and bond. The trip was not only a time for everyone to unwind after stressful workdays but also an opportunity to understand, share, and foster a spirit of solidarity while gaining more insights into the company.

With the slogan “United in strength, united in spirit, harvesting success” throughout the program, as well as the corporate culture of Vinatoken, the teambuilding event brought many exciting activities for the employees: creative and team-oriented games along with intense competitions testing knowledge about company culture. Every Vinatoken member participated enthusiastically, giving their best effort and supporting their teammates.

Notably, the presence of our special guest, Ms. Le Anh – President of the New Vitality Entrepreneurs Club, Chairwoman of Life Appreciatio Corporation’s Board of Directors, and a leading expert in team building and corporate culture – together with the company’s leadership, shared valuable lessons. These insights encouraged every employee to apply creative thinking in their work and to work hard and play hard through practical activities.

The Teambuilding trip concluded with a mix of emotions for every member of the Vinatoken family.
