FOOD PAD

The food pad used in fresh food trays acts as a protective layer, helping to maintain freshness and hygiene.

Functions:

• Moisture Absorption: The pad absorbs excess moisture from fresh food, preventing spoilage, mold, and bacterial growth.

• Separation Layer: Creates a barrier between the food and the tray surface, reducing direct contact with bacteria and contaminants.

• Quality Protection: Helps keep fresh food (meat, fish, etc.) in optimal texture and freshness during storage.

Structure & Components:

• Top Layer: Perforated PP and PE film.

• Middle Layer: Contains SAP (super absorbent polymer) and pulp (wood fiber) to absorb liquid released from food, keeping it dry.

• Bottom Layer: Non-permeable PP and PE.

Usage Instructions:

Place the food pad underneath fresh food for effective absorption.

Product Certification:
