PLA non-woven fabric is a new type of bio-based material which are derived from renewable resources like corn starch, potatoes or sugarcane.
PLA spunlace fabric using process involves high-pressure water jets that propel the fibers onto a moving conveyor belt or screen.
The fibers are entangled and intertwined through the force of the water jets, creating a cohesive fabric structure.
It has good uniformity, excellent drape, smoothness, air permeability, natural antibacterial properties, good skin affinity, and UV resistance.
Especially highlight feature: biodegradability. PLA can be decomposed by microorganisms into CO2,H2O, biomass and leave no harmful residues.
