VIETNAMESE AND INDONESIAN ENTERPRISES STRENGTHEN COOPERATION AND TRADE INVESTMENT RELATIONS

From October 14 to 17, 2025, in Bandung City (West Java Province, Indonesia), the Vietnam–Indonesia Business Connection Forum took place vibrantly, gathering dozens of Vietnamese enterprises along with many potential Indonesian partners. The event was jointly organized by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), the Department of Foreign Markets, and the Indonesian Embassy in Vietnam, as part of the Vietnam Trade and Investment Promotion Mission to Indonesia.

Promoting Cooperation and Expanding International Business Opportunities

Within the framework of the program, the Vietnamese business delegation participated in the Trade Expo Indonesia 2025, the Vietnam–Indonesia Business Forum, and specialized B2B trade sessions. These important activities contributed to strengthening trade and investment cooperation between the two countries, while creating opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises to expand their markets within the ASEAN region.

Vietnam–West Java Business Connection Forum

At the Vietnam–West Java Business Connection Forum, representatives of governmental agencies and enterprises from both countries exchanged views on cooperation potential in agriculture, processing industries, digital economy, pharmaceuticals, and medical equipment.Speaking at the event, Dr. Nguyen Phuc Nam, Deputy Director General of the Asia–Africa Market Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), emphasized: “The cooperation potential between the two sides remains very large. Creating more opportunities for businesses to connect and seek partnerships is an effective direction, especially in sectors of mutual interest.”
